Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will vary based on your location and shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Scent from Your Dreams is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at hello@scentfromyourdreams.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to love your candles! But if you need to make a return, we’re here to help. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Used candles
- Items purchased on sale
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
3. Return Process
To complete your return, please email us at hello@scentfromyourdreams.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at hello@scentfromyourdreams.com for assistance with a refund or replacement.
6. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at hello@scentfromyourdreams.com so we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
